We use Maincoms for our desk phones, mobiles, and broadband and as a business we receive excellent customer service and communication and our systems run efficiently.

As a company we rely so heavily on our phone and Broadband to run efficiently and our previous provider failed to switch us over to digital nor get us into a new contract. When we saw the advert for Maincoms and spoke to James we were sceptical as main stream telecom companies had failed to deliver, it all felt too good to be true. However, from the first meeting with James through to installation with Daniel, all of the team at Maincoms have delivered exceptional service! It has been seamless and I would be more than happy to recommend them to any of our neighbouring companies! Our engineer Daniel was super knowledgable and helpful. The whole company have been amazing so far we are looking forward to using our new telecoms system.

Over the years we had totally messed up with our phones we had four separate suppliers and our billing was allover the place. They've been completely transparent about pricing throughout the term of our contract, having bought us out of a less transparent contract with another supplier. The equipment is easy to use, the installation went very smoothly and they delivered everything they promised. Highly recommended.

Great service and product. Spoke to Trevor about the switch over a year ago but finally got round to doing it this month. the switch over was quick and painless and we are saving money, if I could switch to Maincom again I would.

I switched to Maincoms recently due to needing to upgrade my old phone system. Maincoms have been so helpful from the start. I met Trevor and he was very helpful and explained everything very well and also saved us money. The installation was plain sailing and the new phones are 100 times better than our old ones. Switched to Maincoms 3 months ago and was extremely worried and expected some sort of teething problems. What a surprise, could not believe how smooth and quick everything went. Trevor was brilliant in explaining everything, and the staff are more than helpful in any questions you have. Would highly recommend. When you need to make the change, Maincoms should definitely be considered. Also, everything is cheaper now, so added bonus!

Just moved away from an Hi-Hi System and Wow what a game changer our new system really is. The phones maybe not look as smart but they work unlike the Hi-Hi System so well worth the move.... Its a Bliss to have a system so friendly that you can work wherever you like even if you don't have your office phone with you the app is just as good. Would highly recommend these guys.

Would highly recommend switching to Maincoms . Trevor simplified the over complicated setup that we had whilst providing a better service and reducing our bills. We were nervous about the installation but Andy did an excellent job and the switch was seamless with no down time at all! One of the standout features of Maincoms Ltd for us as a business is their personal service and support. We have been with Maincoms for over 10 years after a horrendous few years with one of the biggest telephone providers. The engineers at Maincoms actually installed our very first Mitel telephone system over 20 years ago and when Lance reached out to us 12 years ago to say the original team was back together as Maincoms, we jumped at the opportunity to have their team support us again for our business. Maincoms has a team of very experienced and knowledgeable professionals who are always available to assist us with our needs. Always available and very fast to answer any questions and resolve any issues we have. Maincoms fully supported our business throughout Covid to help keep us trading. Something we will always be very grateful for. 18 months ago, we took over a new site that had a very old SX2000 system that went end of life in 2008, I've attached a photo. Maincoms had the knowledge and skills to fully support the legacy system, including spare parts whilst we migrated the business over to a hosted IP solution. Maincoms then integrated the new site with our existing telephone system at HQ to expand our Sales Team across both Resorts. What a brilliant all round service!! The initial meeting with Trevor was fantastic, and one of the main reasons we switched. Not pushy or forceful, just straight to the point no BS! Trevor and the team made the whole process very easy for me, they did all the ground work and made the switch quickly and smoothly with no interruptions to my business. We have been using Maincoms for our business VOIP phones for a few years now and they have always been brilliant. We recently had a problem after a fibre optic router swap. Mark couldn't fix the problem remotely, so made a site visit within 24hrs and went above and beyond in sorting out all of the issues. I cannot recommend Maincoms (and Mark!) highly enough. Maincoms are a fantastic company to deal with, From Mikes first visit right through to the completion of the installation the process was faultless, We did have a slight issue in regards to our new phone line being installed on time by BT but this was overcome within 24 hours by the guys at Maincoms.
