FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Can an existing number be moved to an eSIM?
Yes. A number can be converted from a physical SIM to an eSIM, or ported from another provider directly onto an eSIM.
What contract terms are available?
30-day rolling terms for flexibility, or fixed terms where a lower monthly cost is preferred.
Can SIMs replace PSTN lines for equipment?
In many cases, yes. Payment terminals, alarm communicators and lift autodiallers can operate over 4G or 5G. Certification requirements for alarms and lifts should be confirmed with the relevant maintenance provider.
Can one handset carry a work and personal number?
Yes. Most eSIM-capable handsets support two active lines.
