5G business broadband
Connectivity without a fixed line
5G business broadband connects your site over the mobile network using a business-grade router and SIM. Because no line installation is needed, service can usually be in place far sooner than a fixed connection.
- New premises awaiting a fibre installation
- Temporary sites, events and construction offices
- Automatic failover for a fixed-line connection
- Locations where full fibre is not yet available

Engineer’s note
Getting the best from 5G
5G performance depends on signal at the router’s location. We assess coverage before installation and, where signal indoors is limited, recommend an external antenna or a different router position.
Managed service
Included with every connection
Configured router
Business-grade router supplied and configured for voice, Wi-Fi and security before installation.
Circuit monitoring
Connections are monitored, and faults are raised with the network on your behalf.
Failover options
4G or 5G backup maintains voice and payment services if the primary line fails.
Wireless design
Business Wi-Fi surveyed and designed for your building where coverage is inadequate.
Direct engineer support
Support calls answered by our engineers, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:15.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Are we affected by the PSTN switch-off?
If your broadband is delivered over a phone line (ADSL or FTTC), it must be migrated to SoGEA, FTTP or 5G before 31 January 2027.
Why are speeds quoted as “up to”?
Shared services such as SoGEA and FTTP are quoted at their maximum line rate. Actual speeds depend on distance, line quality and network load. Leased lines provide guaranteed bandwidth.
What is the difference between broadband and Wi-Fi?
Broadband is the connection to your premises; Wi-Fi distributes it inside the building. Poor Wi-Fi can make a fast connection appear slow, so we assess both.
Is 5G a reliable primary connection?
Where signal is strong, 5G provides fast and dependable service. We confirm coverage first, and many customers use 5G alongside fibre as a resilient pair.
What support is included?
Monitoring, router management and fault handling with the network provider, with direct access to our engineers.
